The casual yet elegant atmosphere beckons you to wander inside for a glass of wine (or two), and the tantalizing smells drifting from the kitchen will have you reaching for the menu in no time. Kika’s “cooking over the coals” mentality is all about the charcoal oven, and the wonderfully robust and smoky flavors it gives the dishes. Come and sit for awhile, and bask in the easy enjoyment of a wonderful meal and a cheeky drink.

TUNA STEAK

Dive into a taste of sea and fire with the charcoal-oven cooked Tuna steak. This mouthwatering cut of fish is paired with crisp asparagus, green beans, and a velvety tonnato sauce. One bite, and you’ll be hooked.

CAULIFLOWER STEAK

Welcome the vegetarian persuasion! Cooked in a charcoal oven and enriched with Indian spices, this vegetarian dish takes an everyday ingredient and elevates it to new heights. The citrus cauliflower couscous? Just the extra zest this dish needed to become unexpected.

STUFFED PIQUILLO

Get pepped for the stuffed piquillo peppers! These smoky morsels are cooked to succulent perfection in our charcoal oven, and are accompanied by a savory vegetable pisto and chorizo sauce.

DUTCH MUSSELS

Take your taste buds on a deep sea adventure with Kika’s Dutch mussels. Our charcoal-oven cooked mollusks are swimming in a spring onion broth, marrying brine and brisk tang. Pair that with some crispy fries, and you’ve got a meal to write home about.

STUFFED BABY SQUIDS

Get stuffed! Our stuffed baby squids are bursting with spinach, and basking in a rich prawn bisque. Each tender morsel carries Kika’s signature smoky flavor, creating lusty undertones of fire.

Meet our chef – Joel Bonino.

Meet our chef – Joel Bonino. Your textbook rebellious teenager at 15, Joel was sent by his mother to work at the neighborhood bakery to find some discipline. Instead, he found his calling. Two years later, he left his home in Argentina and became a culinary nomad, taking inspiration from the most renowned restaurants in cities all over Europe.

Chef Joel arrived to give this part of the world a palate transplant, bringing with him the only things he can’t live without: yerba mate (the South American equivalent of green tea), his football jersey, a photo of his nonna, and his prized collection of knives and tools – which he feels naked without. Side note for his many new admirers – Sorry, he’s taken. He’s happily married to his newfound love: Kika.
